Reality is what you know for a fact, what you see for yourself. It is defined as "fact" and "the quality of being real." You can change your perception of reality, but the real thing always stays the same.
My definition: Reality - Actuallity; things that really happen to people in real life. Dictionary def: 1)Reality - resemblance to what is real. 2) Reality - the state or quality of being real.
1.The world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them: "he refuses to face reality". 2.A thing that is actually experienced or seen, esp. when this is grim or problematic: "the harsh realities of life". To me reality means something that is not planned a time and place where you have no control. One cannot change reality for it is fixed, hence the word; reality. It is what is real, the moments that are raw and unsensored.

Its all based on what you choose to do with it.
"Can you change reality"? Ofcourse not but you can do something in your life presently that may alter your future reality which is not set in stone of what will be or may be.
Reality a loose concept, I'll tell you a great secret - nobody knows! Each creates its own reality, but how comfortable a man to live in a created his own reality - that is another question.I can't change right now, but i can change my future.
